Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese D.O.C.
From red grapes Grignolino harvested form our Church Vineyard located beside the ancient church of the XII century Sant’Evasio bishop and patron of Casale Monferrato. Most of this vineyard is an old clone of the original Grignolino. From delicate, persistent flavor of geranium and dry, typically tannic, pleasantly bitter.
Aging 0 to 3 years.
